  Wanted to drop a special Shout out to Alyx! Not only did this person go above and beyond helping my unusual situation, they handled it with grace and diligence. Urgency that I have not seen in quite some time! Product/services aside….. if this is the caliber of Team Member this company arms themselves with. Then my business is definitely staying with Extra Space!

  Fantastic customer service! Had an awful experience at public storage down the street that same day, I arrived only to find my unit had a lock on it so I was stranded with all my stuff since it was after the office had closed. I panicked and called Extra Space Storage since there was a storage space down the street and the customer service rep set me up really quickly. It cost a lot more but this venue felt so much safer. I did have an issue where I couldn’t access the 3rd floor with my code but customer service personally called the property manager since it was after the office had closed and the property manager showed up almost 5 mins later to help solve my issue! Great customer service from Alex! Went above and beyond for me.

  I will start off with the good. Nice and clean facility with clean bathrooms and some carts available to help you move your heavy items. Inside, the place looks very industrial, like in an almost dystopian way. Everything is this bright white and super clean. Nice location sandwiched between Whole Foods and Homegoods. Ok so now the bad about this place. Like most storage spots, expect for the rent to rise. However, I suggest that you stay way from this place. They get you in the door with a promo offer and then when the promo expires, they jack the rent up to an insane rate. We went from 125.00 a month to 181.00 for the same little space. I stated looking for a new storage company as soon as I received the notification and found a great spot, with a larger space, for a fraction of the cost in Shoreline. Unless you can afford the price hike, stay away from this place.

  Have been at Interbay self storage ( Now extra space) many years. Had some problems at the change over by them throwing away my spare keys. And then couple months ago blocking my after hours access ( I am on call technician and the reason I choice this property was the access and receiving packages to my unit. ) Everything is back except the package delivery which they said arranged but no I am getting refused packages ( seems site think it is more secure to hand my key and a codes to doors to a Random delivery person than employees doing it who I am assuming company has done background checks on and can find them if something is amiss). Interbay use to do the deliveries as part of there rounds. So not like they are not going there 2-4 times a day. On another note rent has been raised 147 dollars in less than 6 months (2 increases). So price is going up and service down. And app entry on rear door still doesn't work. I like the staff and location and my unit but the GM never returns calls and the above. If they are full cost raises I can agree with if above and beyond normal. But general greed no..
