Technician's professionalism: a. Calls at 8:30, promises to show up in 30-45 minutes, comes at 10:10. b. Per agreement, I am supposed to pay for the visit and I am free to accept or decline his service after I get the quote. When I said his quote is way too high and I have cheaper option and I would pay the charges for his visit but not take his services, he was very mad. Later he accepted the offer I made. c. After work he leaves a lot of oil on the floor and black spots on the doors - asks me to clean those. d. Left minor damages on the door frame. 3. I get a call later in the day from the company. They seemed only interested in knowing how much I paid to the technician, not what my experience was.
