  Katherine Moore was very knowledgeable and listened for what our needs are and helped us purchase a very nice love seat recliner. Very professional and pleasant to work with, I recommend Katherine to anyone who is looking for a sales person to work with.

  Good service, answered all my questions, and followed up with a damaged product delivered - in a way that was above and beyond what I expected. They replaced the damage product after allowing me to choose which one was perfect. Love our new reclining couch and would have no problem recommending the service and product line.

  We purchased a clearance rug, and I want to start by saying the rug itself is great. The quality and price were exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the checkout process was frustrating and left a bad impression. The employee took my phone number and address and spent a long time entering information before we were even allowed to pay. During this process, I clearly stated that I did not want to be contacted for marketing or any other reason. When it came time to pay, my card was taken to a back room to be run, which already felt uncomfortable. After I had signed the merchant slip, the employee returned and told me she would not give my card back until I signed additional paperwork. She then walked my card across the showroom floor to retrieve two documents and brought them back for me to sign. One paper was to decline the warranty, and the other required me to acknowledge that I would text “STOP” if I received unwanted marketing texts. I explained—more than once—that I had already declined marketing contact and did not want to sign that form. I was told I “had to” sign it, and when I objected again, the employee became snippy and instructed me to write “refused” next to the line. The product itself was great, but the checkout process felt unnecessarily invasive, time-consuming, and uncomfortable. I hope management reconsiders these procedures and provides better customer service training, as this experience will make me think twice about shopping here again.

  We worked with Katherine and she was so helpful. She got to know us first then helped us decide on the right fit in furniture. I am short so the things she showed us fit my body perfectly. We came back to make sure that’s what we wanted then set up an appointment with Cynthia to come to our house and make sure the furniture would fit. She drew up a plan and showed us exactly what it would look like in our room. This was all very helpful to make sure you get exactly what you want.
