  I’ve been really impressed with BuxBear Storage! The facility is clean, well maintained, and clearly prioritized when it comes to security and organization. It’s obvious the property is taken care of and professionally managed. What stands out most is the customer service. Dez is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and makes the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who clearly cares about the business and the people they’re helping. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-run storage facility in the Richland area, this is definitely a place worth checking out!!

  I had originally called for a promotional deal they have going on. I wasn't sure about renting a unit or not or what facility I was going to go with. My deciding factor was Dez! Her customer service skills attention to detail and extremely fast processing We're hands down the most impressive I've seen in a while. I couldn't get my wallet out fast enough to give her my money. This interaction restored my faith that they're actually are people that genuinely care about what they do. Thank you dez!

  I recently had to look for a storage unit and came across BuxBear. Dez was incredibly hospitable and gave me a lot of great information. If anyone is looking for a storage unit I hope Dez helps ya out!

  This is my second time using Buxbear and again I am happy with their facility and customer service!! Dez was so great getting me signed up again and follows up with texts making sure I don’t have any questions or concerns.She is happy to help me with anything I need! I highly recommend Buxbear for any storage needs! Dana Clark
