I’m still waiting for them to explain how one tests a power tool through telepathy. To top it off, I had to endure a "Karen" behind me providing a play-by-play commentary on my "used" return, while the clerk joined in to gossip about me right to my face. If you enjoy zero logic, zero respect, and customer service that acts like a middle-school clique, this is the place for you. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere; I’d suggest you do the same before they inevitably go bankrupt.

- LTLea tFeb 4, 20265.0I purchased a range from Lowe’s in Renton with the help of Rashad Barron. Rashad was very knowledgeable, super nice and thorough. He helped me through the installation scheduling process, called me to followup on status, communicated any issues that slowed down the installation schedule. At the end, unfortunately, I could not go through with the purchase because of the installation issues. Rashad personally oversaw the whole process to make sure i got all my payments refunded. I was very impressed and appreciated of his excellent customer service! Thank you so much, Rashad!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
