- SCSunny ChatterjeeDec 9, 20251.0Update on 12/15/2025: After my review, I got a call from this business insisting improper installation, since the technician wasn’t able to remove the microwave without pulling out the oven. My contractor insisted they installed according to spec. So I was caught in a limbo. Long story short, I called the other company registered as authorized Wolf repair (ApplianceH******l) and their technician fixed the door hinge no problem and never once mentioned anything about improper installation. Go figure. Original review: The tech asked if this repair was under warranty or we’d pay from pocket. Incidentally, we were within the warranty period. After this, something interesting happened. The tech called his manager and didn't even touch our microwave with a broken hinge door, claiming to my wife that the appliance is not sitting on a shelf and hence he won’t be repairing it due to improper installation. My wife didn't know it at the time, but this microwave is installed on a shelf in a flush inset configuration as outlined in the user manual. We waited more than a month for this appointment. So, we were taken for a ride after waiting a month. Turns out this company is a registered service company for Wolf, but the tech they sent wasn’t even knowledgeable about the flush inset configuration. Zero stars.

This was our first experience with them and we would definitely choose them the next time we have an issue. Everything from scheduling to day of service was outstanding! Ron was our technician and he was fantastic. He did the needed repair quickly and efficiently, while clearly explaining the issue and how we could help to prevent it in the future. Our refrigerator is a 2002 model, and it’s still going strong! Newer models are easier to fix yourself but we will continue to trust our vintage Sub-Zero to ProAppliance Technicians!
- NNNatOct 23, 20255.0I wouldn’t call any other place if you have SubZero or WOLF appliances. You do have to wait for the appt longer but that’s probably because they are popular and your problem isn’t that urgent (I’m sure they have different appts for the urgent care, at least I hope). We literally got the same tech in the last 1-2 years that we had problems with our SubZero fridge and WOLF oven (they came out 3 times). And the way SubZero/WOLF takes care of you as their customer is beyond superb. Because of that we would only purchase their products. “You get what you pay for” saying is true.
