- NRNicole ReedyMar 21, 20261.0Recently rented a storage unit here, as I have done many times in the past. Move in was easy and things were good. I went to my unit and there was a strong urine odor. I thought maybe it’s due to a person who was just there. Nope went the next weekend and it’s still there and now there are also hundreds of dead ladybugs. Went to office to express my concerns and the only solution was we would recommend you seal everything you store we can sell you stuff to do that and you should out a tarp on the top, if anything happens you can file an insurance claim. Not helpful at all, asked about changing units, nope we can look at moving you to another property. Will be looking into what I need to do to get out of my contract with no penalties and going with a different company.
