- AWAshley Wright5 days ago4.0Love it, only bad thing is that it is totally cell phone bluetooth dependent! Phones dead, your burnt on getting in. Period. I went out of town with the only phone linked to my and my bf storage unit. He needed to access it. His name is on it etc. He was not even able to access it via the office showing his ID! So, be aware! You need cell to get through the gate in and out, and entry into building, and elevator usage. Other than that, no problems or complaints. Bathroom is NOT in the office so after office hours you can still access it! Plus plus plus !
