The only drawback is every visit seems to result in at least 15-20 minutes waiting in line to checkout. It doesn't ever stop me from going, however, I can have patience but it would be nice to have more cashiers working. I often see a manager standing and watching and wonder why they never hop on a register to help get the lines down, maybe they aren't allowed I'm not sure, so I don't hold it against the store.
