Also the climate control is pretty weak because they "keep the temperature just above the dewpoint" to prevent moisture from forming, so it's still pretty cold in the units in winter.

Although there was another place closer and roughly the same price, they weren’t as helpful and professional as Jon. I completed the paperwork online and he offered to help me with any problems or questions I had. He was friendly, courteous, and proactive. He made renting this storage unit extremely easy! Thanks Jon!
