This location literally incentivises canceling your account and re-opening it. They out right offer a 10x10 for 88$ for new customers online, but for existing customers? 190$. Let me repeat that. For a customer that is currently WITH this company, they expect more than DOUBLE what they would charge a new customer. It seems like they are hoping you wont notice once youre paying their bills with your rent. Corporate greed is NOT the example to follow, please choose community over greed. I'm happy to change my rating when this organization moves from unethical and scummy business practices. This facility is otherwise clean, safe, dry, and serves its purpose to keep my things safe. Greed sucks man. Do better.
