  We met with one of their consultants and selected 3 blinds, which we were told were of superior quality. We purchased them for just over $4,000, or at over $1,350 each. The consultant told us that the blinds came with a lifetime warranty, in case anything went wrong. Just over a year later, and we weren't even at the home for 4 months of the year, the right side of one of the roll-up blinds drooped, making it uneven across the bottom portion you pull down. We would like to have it inspected and repaired. It was then we learned that to have someone look at it and fix this drooping high-quality $1,350 blind would cost us another $125! I spoke with the manager who told me all about how they are a service business, but he said he would come take a look at it. He and another guy came. They said they had to take the blind to have it repaired. He wanted his $125. We reluctantly paid. He calls some days later and tells me the blind cannot be fixed, and he will order another one and call when it comes in. I get the call. He tells me they can install, AND it will cost me another $125. What the !! I told him I wasn't going to pay him another $125 because it is under a lifetime warranty, and it just made it passed a year. We picked up the new blind. I do not recommend anyone buy blinds from Budget Blinds. I STRONGLY URGE anyone wanting blinds to look elsewhere. BUDGET BLINDS IN POULSBO DOES NOT PROVIDE QUALITY.

  Update: the fantastic support by the team at Budget Blinds of Poulsbo worked to find a new solution. Our automated blinds are working and we couldn't be happier with both the results and the perseverance of the team. Highly recommend both the company and the products. The people are great, but the automated blinds, or the technology that is used to control them, is so inconsistent. It closes some blinds, but not others. It is a very expensive product to not work completely. Carefully consider if the cost is worth the expected benefit.

  Product was above expectation! Very happy with our window coverings that added the personal style that beautify our new home. However, the best part of Budget Blinds of Poulsbo is the PEOPLE. From the consultant, the installer, and office management, their excellent client service was well received. Thank you for your commitment! Highly recommend Budget blinds of Poulsbo.

  Technicians arrived on time and were well prepared. They successfully installed all blinds giving extreme care not to damage walls or window sills. They gave complete instructions on use of automatic shades and were friendly, professional and great to deal with. We have been using Budget Blinds for years. They are the best product and value!
