One of your sales associates, Eddie ( Port Orchard, location), acted so disrespectfully that I’m honestly shocked he’s allowed to work with the public. I was looking at an item in the lawn mower section for about 15 minutes. I even had another employee give me a price check. I stepped away for a moment to grab another cart, and when I came back, Eddie literally walked between me and my wife, said “this one is taken,” and snatched the item out of my hands. He then told me to “get another one.” Who does that to a customer? If the regional manager reviews the cameras in the lawn mower section around 1:45 PM on March 28th, they will see exactly what happened. The behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. And honestly, this wasn’t the only issue. Walking around the store, I saw employees standing around doing nothing while customers struggled to find help. The customer service here is horrible. It really feels like Lowe’s doesn’t care anymore. You claim “low prices,” but what you really have are LOWER STANDARDS. Eddie should be held accountable for his behavior. But let’s be real — you probably won’t do anything, because you’re desperate for workers. Meanwhile, customers are treated like thieves, forced to bag their own items, and deal with employees who can’t be bothered to do their jobs. This experience was embarrassing, infuriating, and completely avoidable. LOW STANDARDS.. I mean Lowe’s needs to fix this.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
