The associate helped get it out of the lock box, extremely kind and helpful! When we checked out, the clearance price didn’t reflect. They called a manager who said the sku numbers weren’t the same, which upon inspection they weren’t. However upon returning to the aisle and display to show her the price we found it was incorrectly labeled. She didn’t seem like she was keen on changing the pricing for future buyers nor did she honor Lowe’s store policy of honoring the labeled price. We left feeling like we didn’t get great customer service from the manager, just a lot of excuses and no apology for mislabeled product.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
