This company does not come through for their customers. I have talked to Pasco, kennewick and customer care today. No one can fix the problem they caused! They do not have communication. I ordered a washer and they sent it through another store and do no even have it when stated they do and would be delivered. Last time I tried to order a water heater and they kept putting me off for days to be installed. This company does not care about their customers or figuring out what their doing. I canceled both products for refund and will take my business elsewhere. Very bad service. I would not recommend them at all.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
