They do not have communication. I ordered a washer and they sent it through another store and do no even have it when stated they do and would be delivered. Last time I tried to order a water heater and they kept putting me off for days to be installed. This company does not care about their customers or figuring out what their doing. I canceled both products for refund and will take my business elsewhere. Very bad service. I would not recommend them at all.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
