I did not like the mandatory insurance and the $29 fee to "sign up for" the insurance, without giving me opportunity to purchase my own. It was a bit expensive compared to State Line units. The 4" transition is a little bit high for my car to back over. The other day, I tried to access my unit and there was a guy in a white vehicle loitering, blocking me from accessing my unit. After getting him to move and backing up to my unit, another guy asked me to move so he could back his boat in. It is a bit busy there for my liking. I browsed the reviews and here is the guy in the white vehicle, loitering. Perhaps every worker on a crew has the passcode as he appeared to be waiting for someone.
