- JRJ R1 day ago4.0One of the better home improvement stores and far superior to their other local location. The staff here are pretty helpful and knowledgeable. Seem to always have a solid selection of great garden plants during the season. Tool selection is good with lots of different types and varieties. Lumber isn’t too bad for a big box store, but recommend the local lumber yards if they are open.

- SSSamanthaMar 10, 20261.0Worst store on the planet! Needed fridge ASAP as mine went out! I was guaranteed by several associates delivery within 3 days! So I purchased the fridge. Then get told nope delivery 10 days out. Then my money was refunded to my account I call and they say oh you dont actually get charged until you sign at delivery. Well delivery day comes and they refused to deliver it and then tell me takes 10 days to refund my money when they charged me before delivery after saying no charge until I sign for it at delivery. Even called customer service 800 number and they were so rude. I am dome with this just give me my damn money back so I can go buy a fridge.

Several employees helped me and thanked me for buying at Lowes. Plenty of parking. The store was clean and orderly. I recomend this store.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel. Find your order and select Details. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
