    I went into the Lowe's store yesterday and picked out and paid for washer and dryer units. I had delivery with installation to get the warranty. I got the pre delivery phone call and I went outside to wait. The delivery drivers, in the non-marked truck sped down my cul-de-sac passed my clearly marked property, driving to the edge of my neighbors driveway, trampling over their vegetation. The clatter of my units was very loud and scared my family. I shout to them, they have the wrong address, trying to call them over as they start unloading the units to my neighbors driveway. These drivers wouldn't respond to me, but also neglected to notify whoever they thought it was to be delivered to and immediately toss the units back into their truck. They start to drive off, with their lift still down, stop in front of my actual house. The Lowe's delivery drivers didn't speak English and I couldn't communicate, they drove off without stopping at the stop sign. I called the number off my receipt, and they hung up on me twice. The store manager told me they can't refund me until their contract drivers get back to their store with the units. THEM REFUSING DELIVERY IS ON ME? ITS PAID FOR HOW IS THAT IN MY WARRANTY

    Had one of the worst experiences ever as a pro member this evening! If I based my opinion soley on tonight with your company I would never step foot in this building or make a purchase again. the employee at the pro desk / customer service representative was slow, rude, degrating to women, over charged my account and was racist. made me feel worthless as a business owner by the time i left. unbelievable!

    Sucky return policy. Sucky experience. I got a microwave which as it turns out is a 'major appliance.' To get them to get it I had to press the button 5-6 times to get help. The appliance salesperson showed up and didnt really help at all. Wish they had told me I had 48 hours to return it. Self checkout cause they dont have people to check you out so another person that could have told me the return policy. Manager says they don't tell people anymore because it changed 2 years ago... not really sure if that's an explanation or they just recognize its a toxic business practice and they aren't allowed to say anything via a corporate mandate. Apparently, if unopened they can possibly take it within 30 days. I tried to bring it back within 30 days but there was no manager.. and no one told me it was do or die so when I came back again after 30 days they said they couldn't help me..
