- JJJohn JFeb 16, 20261.0This is my favorite store. But there is a real profiling issue at this location that needs to be addressed. I spend hundreds of dollars a month at this store on things like clay, paint, art tools, supplies, and fabrics. Today while making a return for store credit I was met by a smug and unpleasant woman named Tammera who within only a span of seconds profiled me as a degenerate (I have tattoos and wear baggy clothes) I was very polite. And requested an exchange for store credit as I was there to make a separate purchase anyway. My interaction with Tammera only lasted a few moments before management stepped in but before that time I was laughed at literally for stating I had read the return policy thoroughly. Interrupted at every word, and my recipient for the exchange actually snatched out of my hand. I had not yet given it to her. This is unfortunately the worst but not the only experience I’ve had like this at this store. Many of the clerks and staff will follow me around, and make disgruntled faces at me. I’ve never stolen anything, or caused a scene. I am always right in and out in a nice quiet manner. This establishment is for everyone who wants to pursue their hobbies and spend hard earned money honestly. I hope I can continue to shop here without harassment in the future but I guess there’s always Amazon.
