  We were excited that we found a secure place to store our family 30’ trailer. But just after few months of storing it there it was stolen! Yes, the whole thing. You do need a code to get in/out but some looser was storing stuff in one of the units. Came with his buddy in U-Haul and drove away with our trailer (can see on video recordings). Ours was in such tight spot too still wondering why ours. They actually got stuck trying to get out in U-Haul with such big trailer behind it but still managed to get out. Came in winter month when we haven’t taken it out in a while. I guess even though there is a code and barb wire go & check on your stuff. They don’t monitor who comes and goes. The only way we found out is by getting a toll ticket from one of the Seattle bridges. The people at front desk were not apologetic or even empathetic. Only after talking to them a couple of times and highlighting that it was gone for the month we already paid for they refunded us for that month. They did cooperate with the police and it was found in Seattle/Ballard full of drugs and all the stuff inside were gone. It was determined unsafe due to drug paraphernalia. We still don’t have a replacement and every time I drive by this facility it hurts to know how easy it was to steal from there. I just want people to go and check on their stuff even though it is in a “secured” facility and learn from our experience. P.S. No it is the facility where we store our trailer and from which it was stolen in March 2023. First they apologized and owned it by saying they strive to do better and then changed the reply to “no it’s not our facility”. I actually came to change the review to 2 stars because of their 1st reply and saw their changed reply. I feel like the first reply was more appropriate for your business. That “onsite manager” is the one who told us, “We don’t watch who comes and goes.” So as long as one has a code they come and go. I just want people to go and check on their stuff even though it is in a “secured” facility and learn from our experience.

  I have rented both an indoor storage space and an outdoor rv parking space. The staff is wonderful and the storage space is secured with fencing and security cameras.
