- ABAlice Bowden4 days ago1.0Horrible experience! Horrible. Couldn't be worse. Placed a delivery order on April 20, got a delivery date of May 5 (today). They sent multiple acknowledgements with this date. I woke up to an email today, the delivery day, postponing delivery to May 26. Three more weeks. Because of an error on their part. Called Lowe's. Terrible time getting through to a human. AI wouldn't let me through, even hung up on me while I was on hold. After many tries, I finally got a manager. They wouldn't fix it, even though it was their mistake. Cancelled order. I will NEVER shop at Lowe's again. NEVER. You will probably be fine unless there is the slightest problem. Then they will totally blow you off. Beware.

- ASAmy SokApr 21, 20261.0I went into the Lowe's on freeway Dr. in Mount Vernon this evening, hoping to buy a flat panel bedroom door. Had it been for the female employee, I didn't catch her name, however she was probably mid 20's, extremely rude, unbelievably unhelpful, and significantly overweight I would not have purchased the door. Luckily, another employee, by the name of Lawrence was there and was beyond helpful and saw to it that I would be able to purchase the door this evening at the store, rather than making the purchase online and having to come back and pick it up tomorrow. The female i'm speaking of it had no reason to be rude and make me feel as uncomfortable as she did for absolutely no reason. It's unfortunate, but sometimes you have those experiences in life. Had it not been for Lawrence, i would have left, not purchased the door and never return to shop there again.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
