  Hansen's furniture store has the best selection of any furniture store I've ever been in. Cindy was wonderful to work with. Our delivery came two days after the purchase. It was a wonderful experience , and I highly recommend this store. High quality furniture.

  We have just received a loveseat from Hansen’s. This is the third purchase we have made in the last five years. Do not come to this store if you want cheap deals. Our loveseat was made in Oregon with local materials. I thought the price was fair and the product should be around longer than me. Nobody followed us around, until we called the salesperson over. As we had purchased before we knew delivery was on Wednesday for our location. Delivery people called before and on arrival. No company is perfect, (I was a business owner) will be back next time we need furniture.

  Great selection of American Made Furniture. Prices are competitive with other furniture stores. We have shopped many other stores and the quality does not compare to Hansens.

  These people do NOT stand behind their furniture. Purchased a recliner as a gift for my father's 70th birthday. Keep in mind, my father only weighs about 110 lbs. The chair failed in less than three weeks. We brought the chair back to them thinking this should be a no brainer. The attitude of the salesman as well as the manager were a complete 180 and I was told they would do anything to warranty the chair. Had to take our brand new broken chair home and deal with it! Tried to support a local business and got shafted. Buyer beware, this is a shady place!
