- SSShawnDec 23, 20181.0These people do NOT stand behind their furniture. Purchased a recliner as a gift for my father's 70th birthday. Keep in mind, my father only weighs about 110 lbs. The chair failed in less than three weeks. We brought the chair back to them thinking this should be a no brainer. The attitude of the salesman as well as the manager were a complete 180 and I was told they would do anything to warranty the chair. Had to take our brand new broken chair home and deal with it! Tried to support a local business and got shafted. Buyer beware, this is a shady place!
