even though this company is worth millions of dollars, they refused to refund my 69 year old mother on her DAP ceiling and wall dry wall texture. all she wanted was a exchange since this faulty product had no pressure in the can. they refused and my 69 YEAR OLD mom had to put up more then 60 bucks to buy new cans.
can't buy customer service. bring back small buisness

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
