We love shopping here. Its a very quiet and organized shop. The prices are fair and the staff is super helpful. There is always a lot of parking available.

We went to the kids workshop today for the first time and my kids absolutely loved it! The employees were so amazing when working with the kids. We can’t wait to earn our next badge next month

Exceptional Sales, Disastrous Execution: Why we are never buying appliances here again!!!
We have been loyal customers of our local Lowe’s for years, specifically because of the excellent sales team. However, after two consecutive nightmares with their delivery and installation services, we have reached our breaking point. This most recent experience was, without exaggeration, the most unprofessional service we have ever encountered.
We purchased a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Despite paying for full installation, the delivery team arrived and immediately refused to install anything. A massive communication barrier made the situation even more difficult, as they argued with me despite my proof of purchase. I eventually had to call the store to confirm our paid services, only to find out our microwave wasn't even on the truck—something that was never communicated to us.
The lack of care for our home was staggering:
Property Damage: The installers dragged mud and water throughout our home, refusing to wear booties or show any regard for our floors. They placed our new refrigerator directly into the mud in our backyard, then brought it inside and set the muddy feet down on a pile of white area rugs.
Water Damage: During the fridge installation, the technician failed to shut off the water properly, flooding the kitchen floor. I was left to mop up the mess while he showed zero concern.
Structural Damage: Most upsettingly, while dragging the fridge back out to fix a water line they forgot to turn on, they gouged our real hardwood floors, leaving deep 32-inch scratches.
Product Neglect: They left our brand-new gas stove and dishwasher sitting uncovered in the pouring rain for over an hour.
The installation itself was a safety hazard. They claimed to have tested the gas lines for leaks, but they never did. They only tested the burners (which were installed incorrectly) and never tested the oven. We had to fix the assembly and perform our own leak tests after they left just to feel safe in our home.
This follows a previous experience where our washing machine was installed incorrectly with the shipping foam still shoved in the base, causing drainage issues and noise for months.
When we contacted Lowe’s, we were told they "contract out" and it wasn't their doing. While I understand the logistics, Lowe’s chooses who represents their brand in a customer's home. By hiring such poorly trained, careless contractors, they are ruining the hard work of their sales staff.
Our house was left a mess of mud, trash, and water, and our expensive floors are now damaged. We have filed a claim and are waiting for a resolution, but we will be advising everyone we know to stay far away from Lowe’s for appliance needs. The sales experience isn't worth the aftermath.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
