    After getting our things and going thru self checkout..... pro desk was closed we attempted to pay but the machine kept spitting our $100 bill back out. The gal the was helping didnt know what to do so she asked someone in a near by office. She was told nothing could be done if the machine didnt take the money try a different form of payment or a different bill. They didn't bother to look at the bill or check the machine As this was not major to some i dont have have extra bills just hanging out in my pockets so without another way to pay we had to leave the items which were for our upcoming jobs. Ive been a loyal customer of lowes for almost 20 years both of my parents worked for lowes for a time as well so this is so ridiculous. I will just take my business else where

    Most of the store is good. Electrical needs TLC; missing product... A lot. However; Robert from the "Pro" desk is angry, and violent; all because I said they were breaking some poor kids back instead of having a forklift driver help. How dare I use common sense, and care about our youth. Good luck getting help loading anything. I love most everyone at the pro desk, and until I complained about the way they treated this kid Robert was fine. Not my fault y'all are too busy on your phone to do your job. It stays 1 star until you remove Robert; no one who would threaten a customer; belongs in retail at any level. Period.

    came in to the store and gave a piece of drywall for this guy to match, he assumed the paint was Flat and did it flat, instead of studying or asking what was in there!! I can’t believe it

    Getting a customer service person on the phone is a hassle, and takes a serious amount of time. When I finally spoke to someone they were apologetic & my issue was resolved. However their high pricing doesn't make me want to invest my hard earned money there moving forward. Being overpriced is taking advantage of people, which is terrible in general, but also terrible customer service. This is just another huge corporation that is not trustworthy, as they do not have the customers best interest in mind.
