I have nine 2x4s that need to be cut in half. This is the second location where employees are not able to cut wood. This location and Lynnwood both just completely wasted my time. Here you told me no one was available and at lynnwood. They couldn't cut wood period. This needs to change immediately. I love this location and have been coming here for over 20 years but unfortunately the customer service here is dwindling. I will delete this review if you reply and make this right.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
