  I have been buying storage units and selling the contents for years. Often find gross/disgusting stuff. Almost always, its the tenants fault. This facility is a disaster. The computers failed when we arrived to pay for the units, then noticed there are rat traps literally everywhere on the property. After opening the unit, noticed that the ceiling isn't ceiling and leaking heavily into the unit, as well as large gaps on all the doors to the units. Which are made mostly of sheetrock. Absolute terrible design. While we were there, two other customers were clearing out units and moving elsewhere due to the same reason. This place, by far is the worst designed, disgusting storage facility I have ever seen. HOWEVER, the lady that was running the front, was extremely helpful and customer service from her was excellent.
