  I had a wonderful experience with Maddie Gaskin at your Alderwood showroom! She was well informed and got me a great deal on the furniture I bought. She took time with my daughter and me and allowed us privacy and time to make our final decision as well as detailed descriptions of our products as well as services.

  The staff was very helpful with selecting our furniture. Issues we had include: rejection of recliner due to fabric flaws and damaged nesting table. We had everything but recliner delivered but the damaged nesting table is discontinued. Recliner drivers pushed back over 3 more months. Hope we get it.

  From the moment we walked in the front door of La-Z-Boy in Lynnwood. Through the design period. They actually send designers to fit furniture in your home 🤯 to the moment it was delivered by very professional delivery man. The whole experience was a+. Lazy boy furniture is a higher price point. But they build each piece exactly how you want them. I would definitely use them if I ever need furniture again. Thank you lazy boy

  The folks at La-Z-Boy had exactly the recliner I was looking for. Sales staff (especially salespersons Maddie and Kelle) were incredibly helpful. The store offered a wide variety of chairs, sofa configurations, recliners and associated furnishings. Everything is well made and attractive. A quality company and an amazing store. Adventuring "live" through a retail outlet is so much more fun than staring at flat images online. And, you get to meet good people and inspect your purchase in three whole dimensions. 10 stars! ... (11 stars if you're a fan of the movie "Spinal Tap"!) ... 🙂

  The associates at La-Z-Boy were not pushy or overbearing. They greeted me briefly to let me know they were available to help then left me to peruse. Once I had questions, they were so helpful and accommodating. They took great care to understand what I was looking for. We talked through dimensions and layout until I felt certain I bought the right couch for my space. I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy for the product (I own three La-Z-Boy pieces of furniture and they still look and feel amazing after 15 years of use). I would also highly recommend them for the in-store experience.
