    The staff here are surprisingly friendly, kind, and helpful, especially Alex. I came around 8:30pm, close to the time they were going close the shop. The product I needed was way up high on the shelf. He made efforts to find another guy to help and they can use the special machine to get it. I didn’t expect to get this level of service from Lowe’s. They definitely saved my day!

    Lowes is alright sort of. I was online and they showed a garage door opener that I wanted to buy and it said they had 1 of them so I hurried and went to get it and drove 30 minutes there only to find out they did not have it. The guy that I finally got to help me said someone probably bought it before I got there. Which I doubt that in less than 45 minutes someone bought the same opener that I needed that I needed right before I got there. Also I've been to Everett Lowe's a lot and now Lynnwood Lowe's and every time if whatever I'm wanting to buy is locked up it takes forever to get a employee to come and unlock. I swear some of the employees look the opposite way and don't make eye contact to avoid having to help you. Anyways my trip to Lowe's was a waiste of time

    Edit 10-26-25 District manager has reached out and a response and resolution has been made. Original rating was 1 star due to below issue, I hope customer service is reintroduce at a store level from corporate as they are the ones who in the past 8 months to year have rewritten their customer service protocols and verbage around the store. Horrible customer service: buyers beware. I ordered a jeldwin french door in May original delivery date was July 7, did not receive until October 6 due to numerous issues, broken door, factory supposedly shutdown for a month.i sat around for three delivery dates that they never showed and continued to say how about next Thursday even though they did not have my door. I spoke with Richard an ASM who said he would take care of it and I have yet to hear from him. I spoke to Jared also an ASM he offered me $500 to be quite and wait for the door. I also spoke with Jess the store manager, he ensured me he would personally follow up, I have not heard from him. My only ask was that I am not forced to pay for a door I have not received due to all of the issues and over 3 months of delays. I was forced to pay as they said if we cancel it the door will take longer. I'm not sure what I expected as you will not find one sign in a Lowe's that says customer service. Not one, who leads me to believe customer service is not a top 10 priority. I paid over a $1,000 dollars to be treated like garbage. I am not surprised this is the outcome if the store manager cannot keep his word. Lance needs a raise for having to work under such incompetent management. Richard ASM zero follow through Jared ASM tried bribing me to stay quite Jesse Store manager took my cell phone number and promised to follow up still have not heard from him. No wonder this stores employee are angry and quick to point fingers at management. You have my number, if you lost it talk to Lance he has it. Lance should be your boss. Update 10-8-25, spoke with Richard he did not pay attention to what we were talking about as he did call me back 15 minutes before the time to tell me he needed more time did not give a return call time, he called back 2 hours later talking about the one thing I said I was not worried about but I was upstairs about. After months of waiting I was not going to return the door over paint scratches or small blems due to all the issues. See new pictures of damages that I was not willing to send the door back due to the stress of working with Richard. He does not listen nor does he follow up. Nor does the store manager Jessie. I'm not surprised as they have 3.7 star at the time of this review. Update 10-17-2025 Still have not heard from Jesse the store manager who guaranteed he would call me to follow up with a resolution to all of the issues Richard called but stated he doesn't see any pictures about the issues with the door. Robert the issue was it took over 5 months for you to fulfill the order and you wasted everyone's time for not doing your due diligence. Jared hides whenever he sees me at Lowe's as he knows trying to bribe me was a mistake. Would love to hear from you guys. All three of you have my phone number.
