  We just purchased our sactional through the Alderwood location and I wanted to give a huge shout out to Oyinade for all her help and guidance. When we walked in we weren't sure if we would be purchasing that day or not, but Oyinade was so helpful and made the process so easy. We felt zero pressure to make a decision on the spot. We left with a quote and an hour later made the purchase. We felt very well taken care of and the time spent showing us the construction and materials was really what sold us. It was all presented very matter of fact and never in a salesy type of way. 10/ 10 experience!

  Very disappointing customer service at this location. We waited 30+ minutes for a sales associate to be available, during which time my family and I were not greeted or acknowledged once, and when an associate finally was available to help us, another associate broke into our conversation asking that a different customer was helped instead (one that arrived after us). We ultimately had to leave. No apology, no courteous communication whatsoever, just an overall frustrating experience.

  This has been such an irritating process. I ordered a moviesac during their Black Friday sale, my insert and cover shipped separately and I got the complete wrong size cover, I was overcharged, I brought the cover back to the store and still haven’t received the right cover. I was told my refund for the over charge was going to be processed sooner because it was their mistake not mine. I still haven’t gotten my refund and now I’m being told I have to wait for them to receive their cover back to get my refund even though it was their sales person’s fault for inputting the order wrong, it’s been so much back and forth and being told complete opposite information from Ty and Krista.

  We went to lovesac to order a "sactional", and despite being a small store, the process of picking design and finishes was very streamlined. I especially appreciated the little magnet blocks that help visualize the layout of the couch. We were assisted by Harmony, who was super helpful and patient. All the staff were super friendly and we had a great time.
