I ordered a moviesac during their Black Friday sale, my insert and cover shipped separately and I got the complete wrong size cover, I was overcharged, I brought the cover back to the store and still haven’t received the right cover. I was told my refund for the over charge was going to be processed sooner because it was their mistake not mine. I still haven’t gotten my refund and now I’m being told I have to wait for them to receive their cover back to get my refund even though it was their sales person’s fault for inputting the order wrong, it’s been so much back and forth and being told complete opposite information from Ty and Krista.

I especially appreciated the little magnet blocks that help visualize the layout of the couch. We were assisted by Harmony, who was super helpful and patient. All the staff were super friendly and we had a great time.

Harmony was very friendly and answered all of their questions and was able to send them home with samples of the fabric as well as a quote. She seemed to go out of her way to ensure a great experience and leaving without any further questions. She may have made a believer out of my father.
- AAAaronAug 19, 20232.0Don’t do it!! We have had a nightmare of an experience with this company over the past 4 months. They sent us the wrong cushions multiple times and have no product tracking system so they are essentially guessing and putting it on the customer to try to figure out whether the cushion is the one we ordered; we are still not satisfied and the cushions are all different firmness. Also even after the 10 hours it initially took to put the couch together they do not have a solution for a structural issue with the couch base. It’s all on you as the customer to unpack the boxes and put it together and troubleshoot; there is no paid service to assemble and no one from LoveSac will step foot in your house. Would have given 1 star but giving 2 since the people who work here at least are kind. Overall I would never recommend buying a couch from here though.
