Harmony was very friendly and answered all of their questions and was able to send them home with samples of the fabric as well as a quote. She seemed to go out of her way to ensure a great experience and leaving without any further questions. She may have made a believer out of my father.

Any question I had she knew the answer. She quickly sent me quotes and when I had questions about two swatches she emailed me pros and cons of them, the feel of them, and pictures of them with the store lighting. I was very impressed and will recommend all my friends and family to shop at this store!

He had a large grid with model couches and we were able to visualize exactly how our couch layout would look. Donovan wasn’t pushy at all, and answered all of our questions. We were in and out of the store, with our couch ordered, in less than an hour. Bonus - most of their pieces are shipping far faster than other companies. Overall it was a great experience.
