  I wanted to purchase a power lift recliner. Although the one I liked was already sold, my sales person and the manager worked together to get the chair model delivered within a week—and they gave me the special pricing that was available. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Thanks!

  I purchased 10 items from the Lynnwood store’s floor model sale. All pick-up (no delivery). I had to come back for a second trip with my car at which time the sales associate, Shahram S., notified me that he noticed I was inadvertently charged a shipping fee. I didn’t catch this and probably wouldn’t have ever looked back over my receipt and realized. I was refunded the fee and really appreciate the care and honesty.

  Good experience with the salesman. Not overbearing, let us take our time. Not as impressed with what I perceive as the continued degradation of the La-z-boy product quality. Leather is getting thinner, far more use of particle board for frames. These ain’t your dads or grandpas chairs that you’ll hand down to your kids someday.

  We had reservations about working with the design services but Clyde was a great listener and understood we were budget minded and he came through for us. We not only had a productive process whereby we furnished and decorated our new home quickly but we believe we walked away with good bargains and if not Clyde suggested alternatives available from other stores. Clyde made the process fun and exciting while being able to position pieces nearby other larger pieces. jason handled the business end of our purchases and he also was pleasant to work with as we never felt the stress of a high pressure sales pitch. We highly recommend the team of Clyde and Jason who have made our relocation to the PNW a most wonderful experience.

  Over the past few years, I have bought two rocking recliners and most recently a manual reclining sofa. The salespeople and management have always been attentive, but not pushy and patient even when I didn't know exactly what I wanted. I worked with Maddie most recently who was very helpful and communicative. She helped me find the perfect couch at the perfect price. Maddie was amazing. She and the store manager even helped load the sofa into my truck for pickup! I can't say enough good things about Maddie and lazyboy!
