- ACAnthony CarrascoJan 9, 20241.0DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We got our garage door opened up for us, took the guy maybe 2 minutes to pop it open. We were quoted roughly $80-100 on the phone. After the technician left we quickly noticed he charged $325!!! Over triple the amount. I have called in 6-8 times to dispute this and get a refund but the customer service is horrendous. Couple guys have answered and said they'll talk to management and call back. I have called for updates and they have number saved now so they put me straight to hold music and it hangs up. Ive talked to a lady who seemed nice but then in middle of conversation she put me on hold and then hung up. This is absolutely ridiculous, charging customers 400% and then ignoring communication to address the issue. Please do not use this company
