They allow you to make reservations online & don't require a credit card to hold the reservation! I was very happy to find some GREAT PRICES for the size unit we needed!! But before I continue, I'd like to say... THANK YOU VERY MUCH DEBORAH!! She was the only one left in the office on that Friday 31st Halloween evening. My husband & I were running a bit late (it was pouring down rain, so traffic was slow). When we arrived, Deborah helped set our account up, she was super patient & answered all of our questions in great detail! She was very personable as well! She's most definitely a great asset to have at Extra Space Storage!! We would definitely recommend this place to our friends & family!
