We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

    The actual alterations were very good, but the person who did the intake didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing. I had to explain a proper hem to her.

    I've been a long time shopper at Nordstrom, so of course when my sister sent me the bridesmaids dress for her wedding, without hesitation I called. The dress is long, flowy shifon style. They had the dress for a week, I didn't catch her name, but she did an amazing job, it looks absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this department to anyone.👍👍

    The person I talked to on the phone seemed nice but when I got there after making an appointment, no one was there. One of the staff put me in a room and had to flag a tailor down. After the tailor did come, she was rude, pushy, and unprofessional. She made it seem like she didn't want my business and actually seemed pleased when I decided not to leave my alteration needs. I don't plan on coming back.
