Avoid Lowe's for any lawn mower parts. They are price gouging, in some cases charging 2-3 times as much as auto parts stores sell the identical items for.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply frustrating experience at your Longview store. As a loyal customer of 12 years who lives only a few blocks away, I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and service I recently received.
After being advised by your own customer service team to shop in-store rather than online due to previous issues, I visited the store to purchase flooring and paint. I paid $1,358 in full. I informed the staff that, at 66 years old, I would need assistance loading these items into my vehicle. I was told the order would be prepared while I waited.
After waiting in the store for a significant amount of time and hearing nothing, I eventually had to leave. When I followed up three hours later, I was told the flooring I had already paid for could not be found. A manager promised to call me back immediately, but two hours passed with no word. When I called again, I spoke with a representative who was incredibly curt and unapologetic. Instead of offering a solution, she blamed me for not going to a flooring specialist, despite the fact that I was assisted directly by a customer service associate.
By the end of the evening, I was finally told the store did not have the items I purchased. I have now been told that my refund will take 3 to 5 business days. This means my funds are tied up, preventing me from purchasing the materials I need elsewhere to complete my home renovations.
The lack of communication, the failure of your inventory system, and the dismissive attitude of your staff are unacceptable. I am requesting that my refund be expedited and would appreciate a formal response regarding how this situation will be rectified.

Lowes in Longview is certainly not the same as the website. I found out the website definitely is not the same. Destiny in the appliance section at the Longview Lowes is great to give you details to help make a decision on a new appliance.
I would recommend going in store to see her or one of her associates.
