We were assisted by Destiny and she was more than helpful! My husband and I couldn’t decide between two ranges. Destiny with her knowledge, was able to share the strengths relating to each of them. We felt informed and purchased what we needed. Lowe’s prices are comparable to other appliance dealers. This store is well stocked, clean, orderly, and you can always find an associate on the floor to assist you.

Their outstanding customer service truly went above and beyond, and I can't thank them enough for making a big project feel manageable and stress-free. At customer service, Lyli also did an amazing job—she was helpful, friendly, and kept a warm smile the entire time.We highly recommend this Lowe's location (Store #1887) to anyone shopping for home improvement needs. He decided to exchange and all they would do for him is put it back onto the original card.. which takes 7-10 days by the way. . Not a very convenient way to do gift exchanges. Horrible customer service. They said if we had bought it online it would have been exchangeable. Makes no sense. Gift buyer beware.
