She even took me to see an empty unit to see if the size was right. I’m so happy she helped me because I really need to save money right now. Times have been very tough! I almost spent more than I needed to for a unit larger than I needed. Thank you, Jocelyn, for taking extra time with me! You’re awesome!
- CWcorey wilsonMar 10, 20263.0The storage facility is good and the staff is well meaning however the side door next to my unit has been broken for 2 years. The keypad does not function so I have to walk all the way around the building each time to get access. I have asked the staff to fix age door more than 10 times and each time they assure me it will be addressed but nothing gets fixed. The magnetic door holder that keeps the door open broke about a year ago and I have asked the staff to address this issue at least 4 times. Again they assure me that it will be fixed but nothing happens and today the door was held open by a wooden wedge left near the door and after the wind kicked up it was blown closed on my hand which was a bloody mess. Please fix the door.
