I had such a great experience at the Lakewood Lowe’s thanks to the outstanding customer service from Store Manager Jeremy and associate Karena! I stopped in to purchase a 5' tree and process a return, and despite it being a busy Black Friday weekend, both of them were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful.
Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly, and Karena was wonderful—warm, efficient, and so easy to work with. They made shopping a joy during one of the busiest weekends of the year!
