Said no problem and I could do it myself. Was told that was not allowed due to corporate policy/liability. Agreed to waive my liability and this was refused. Was talked to condescendingly by store GM as to the nature of equipment liability (shocker its the same as any rental everywhere since the dawn of time). Once again I agreed I was liable for the equipment. Still refused to rent me the equipment I needed. In summation I wasted over an hour of good daylight because I was told I would be able to get what I needed with my vehicle (after providing specific make/model) and ended being refused service. Will not be using this store or any other lowes for any projects in the future.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
