  I have one of the electrically operated lazy boy chairs and I'm just really fed up with it. There's a metal bar in the back of the chair right at the bottom of my spine and it is extremely uncomfortable. I am considering having a local guy take the back off the chair, cut off that bar, and weld it back on lower. True, I have it a lot of back pain but having a steel bar right across the part that is painful is just terrible. If I can't get this chair repaired locally, I'm going to sell it for what I can get out of it.

  I had such a great experience at La-Z-Boy, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our salesperson, Ryan. He was amazing—super knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy at all. He took the time to really explain the different options and helped us find the perfect couch without making us feel pressured. What made this experience stand out even more is that I had previously bought a couch from Mor, and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. So I was a little hesitant going into this process again—but Ryan completely changed that for us. He went above and beyond and truly exceeded our expectations in the best way. We love our new couch and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. If you’re shopping at La-Z-Boy, definitely ask for Ryan!

  Good experience buying from this store. The quality is very good although the selections seem to be geared towards larger chairs and these do not come with any choices (for a given model) in size. The styling is also perhaps dated but the chair meets my needs perfectly.

  Ryan was a terrific sales ambassador for the La-Z-Boy brand. He walked us through the myriad of possibilities, answered all our questions, and gave us a printout of our top choices for our decision process. We made sure to come back to purchase when he was working, so we could finish the transaction with him. Very personable, very knowledgeable, and NOT pushy. Exactly the kind of sales person we prefer! Our loveseat is scheduled for delivery next week, and we can't wait to start enjoying it!
