Tried calling numerous times to discuss an order and was routed and re-routed over and over again with no success. Finally had to drive there (20 mins) to get help, and associate was indifferent to answering the phone. Bad customer service and horrible lack of communication. I would not recommend.

Consistently understaffed. Long waits to get anything done. POS software that changes so frequently that employees don't know how to use it when it's not a standard run-of-the-mill transaction. Toxic working culture (told to give someone a 10 on a survey otherwise they'd get in trouble. Really?). This complaint has nothing to do with the employees. There are more than a few there that know me by name and I've consistently had good experiences with them. I have been shopping at this store long enough to know that the people there that are close to my age and STILL working there actually CARE about their jobs and it hurts my heart to see the stuff they have to put up with.
This review is for the store management and maybe even targeted @ regional management.

Stop staffing @ ridiculously low levels. It's just not acceptable anymore. COVID is over. If you're having trouble finding employees, you need to take a look at your working culture. Does it empower your employees or set them against each other? Are you paying people enough to want to stay employed there to begin with? Retail has evolved greatly--especially in this region and it's getting really tiring to STILL be dealing with COVID-levels of bad customer service simply because you people refuse to fix your working culture, pay better wages and ensure you're staffed appropriately.
No, I dont have any insider info that I shouldn't have. I can just read people's faces and see their struggles. I love your brand, but you guys REALLY REALLY REALLY need to do better.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
