    I loved how there was no pressure in choosing the furniture. I went back three times and ended up choosing a custom made couch. Jose and Sharla were both friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice to have Sharla come to my home with different colors of fabric so I could choose the right one.

    La-Z Boy of Lacey was a positive experience. The representative we met walked us through all the different price ranges, warranty, delivery, and options. Delivery on-post had some difficulty, but the store reimbursed us for the shipping, no questions asked.

    People are really nice, no pressure. Jose listened to what we needed and we found the perfect fit for us! The delivery was smooth, the guys were very flexible with some of the challenges of out location. Muddy driveway, removing old couch and patients.
