  Very satisfied with the professionalism and follow-through demonstrated by Jimmie in upgrading our fire and intrusion detection alarm system from traditional phone-line monitoring to radio and internet-based monitoring. After Ziply transitioned our phone service from copper lines to VoIP, the existing alarm panels were no longer functioning as intended. Lucas provided a competitive bid, and Jimmie carried out the equipment upgrade efficiently. He also ensured that the internet backup was fully activated and operating as designed. Throughout the process, Jimmie was courteous, responsible, and highly professional.

  James came to us at 5PM after a fire incident at one of our properties for a sprinkler repair. Even though it was outside the scope of his work and role, he managed to answer all of the other questions we had and took the time to address those with care. Despite a chaotic and stressful circumstance, James was kind and patient, and brought a calming presence.
