  I love their dremels and their customer service. When I recently had in issue with a bit fitting correctly they were happy to mail out fittings and when that didn’t work and we figured it was the dremel itself they mailed me out a new one. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Love that they stand behind their products.

  It’s not my experience..but one I recently saw on TikTok. Where you simply gifted a groomer who had recently experienced a break in and theft in her shop, a new dremel and diamond bit. It’s seeing companies helping in this manner that really encourages me where to spend my money.. I look forward to future purchases for my grooming supplies using your services.   What a wonderful company! I ordered a small nail grinder for my small dog. My dog is just big enough I should have maybe ordered the bigger one. I expressed that to Matthew. He said he would send the bigger one to try, on him. No Charge. Sure enough, he sent me the bigger one and I got it today. Such a good company in these trying covid days. I can’t thank him enough.

  Truthfully I LOVED the product while it worked... but it worked for six months before it started acting weird, and $100 for a dog nail drill that only works for six months is a mega disappointment! I thought they were going to fix it or mail me a new one because the said they would but then they just stopped responding... losing hope by the day.
