Not only do we have a wide selection of equipment set up for customer demos, but you'll also have a chance to talk with our awesome (trust us, they're pretty cool) coffee experts who can help you make a selection. Or, if you already have a machine or other caffeine-providing setup, you can attend our vendor events, coffee tastings, classes and how-to workshops. The possibilities are endless!

- KLKathryn Li6 days ago5.0I always get coffee beans at the Kirkland location and no matter how busy the store is, someone always takes the time to understand what kind of flavor profiles I enjoy. So far all their recommendations have been spot on :)
- TCt cFeb 23, 20261.0This company is the absolute worst.. would give ZERO stars if I could. The machine was defective out of the box. They wanted me to pay for return shipping for something not working and not my fault. Customer service was just rude. Spent $2000 + on a grinder and machine that I can't use. Several emails back and forth with zero solution or concern. Having a local repair shop look at it. It's just not worth the time or headache dealing with this company.

Buy from ANYWHERE else but here. With products this expensive, you'd think they would put more care into their customer service.
