Our Breville espresso machine died after 10 years of constant use, and we were sad to learn that this particular model is no longer made.
All of the employees were super helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't mind when we deliberated for an extended period of time. We left with a machine that we're extremely happy with and that also works well given our minimal counter space. I just pulled the best espresso shot of my life with our new Diletta, and the free coffee they gave us is sooo good.

When buying a super automatic espresso machine, I heavily relied on the staff at Seattle coffee gear the steer me in the right direction. Their knowledge of the product, attention to detail and amazing customer service are second to none. I highly recommend them if you were looking to up your coffee game and need a little direction to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.

Worst customer support service. Purchased Breville Barista Pro. When we purchased it sales rep said we're here for the life of your product any issues bring it back and we will take care of you. It stops working ( under warranty) and support says you need to pay for it if we help you or call Breville I asked for the phone number David said to look it up myself as he works remotely. I asked again for the number he gives me a made up disconnected phone number. I call back and Corge says they have no supervisor no manager they work remotely. I again asked for help he said David is his supervisor I asked if they are in the U.S. he said good bye. Won't ever buy or trust Seattle Coffee Gear again.
