  Doug is a wonderful tech. He goes above and beyond to get the job done. He is really knowledgeable and patient and gets the job done despite roadblocks. He is quick on his feet and it is a pleasure to work with him.

  I have been using doug for years and he has saved my butt so many times I can't count. If I ever need anyone I always ask to have Doug. Come to my building. He is truly the only tech that works on our systems that I can trust that will get it done properly and that it will be working when he leaves.

  Emilio is the best! When my system went down suddenly, he was able to come out, and get it reset and working properly - almost immediately. he listened to my issues, it’s a struggle maintaining aging infrastructure, and helped coordinate between my district manager, his offices, and the local fire marshal. 5/5 Thank-you, Emilio!
