  Love my budget blinds, have ordered 2x for separate rooms/areas. Great design help strategizing what would work in my space and great responsiveness and coordination when I needed to have them removed and replaced during window replacement. Appreciated the prompt service when one of my rollers lost tension. Richie and Wade swung by and were able to get it up and running so quickly! Thank you!

  Reached out to Budget Blinds while exploring custom shading for my new loft. I had a great experience working with Heidi. From the beginning, Heidi was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to walk me through the Lutron options, answered my questions clearly, and made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel much more manageable. What I appreciated the most was the transparency and how easy she was to work with. She was informative without being pushy, and it was clear she understood both the product and the customer experience side of things. When you are comparing multiple companies and trying to sort though different systems, pricing and smart-home integration options, that kind of guidance makes a huge difference! Even though I was still in the research and planning phase, Heidi was patient, thorough, and generous with her time. She made Budget Blinds feel like a serious and credible option, and a lot of that came down to her service. If you are considering Budget Blinds, I would absolutely recommend working with Heidi. She is professional, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. *PS* I am attaching the estimate with pricing redacted, however if your interested in a ballpark price, for 4 Custom Lutron Motorized Shades (top of the line), your looking at about $5k.

  If there was an option that would give me to provide negative stars I would have given that to them! Even after changing the batteries the remote doesn’t work for motorized blinds. When they came to market and see were all over the fact that they will be providing service at any point in time. Now when we really need help they tell they charge 165$ per home visit if it’s over a year that we have had blinds installed. Hence I would not recommend anyone to get any blinds done through them.

  Heidi was great to work with! She was very responsive and reached out after installation to make sure I was happy with the purchase. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and I will definitely use Budget Blinds of Seattle again.
