  Walter was super kind and helpful in getting free replacement parts sent to me for blinds that were installed in 2018. Very happy with budget blinds customer service, thank you Walter!

  The team that came to take down our blinds for a big window install and then put them back up after were amazing! They arrived right on time, were fast, professional, and did a quality job. The scheduling and payment process was also super easy to manage. 10/10 would hire again!

  The first person I came into contact was Mary from the Admin from Bothell. She was so prompt in getting back to me and arranging a good time for Steve to come out to measure the windows. Steve was a pleasure to work with. Spencer was the installer and did 5 windows within two hours! He had old ones to change out too! Overall the customer service is fantastic from Budget Blinds and they offer very competitive prices and came below all the other bids we had. Mary was fantastic and efficient and so responsive and also a great communicator, I told my husband to hire her!
