Excellent customer service! We went here to purchase the materials and lumber we need to build our 8x10 backyard shed. From the time we walked in, we got immediate customer support when I asked for help to find stuff we need because my husband can’t stand and walk too long due to his feet issues. We finished shopping in 45 minutes and a staff named Mayur ( I might spell his name wrong), a dark skin Middle East or Indian man, helped us to load our 5 heavy lumbers (4x6x8 & 4x6x10) into our SUV. He is very thoughtful and humble! He skillfully used the ropes we brought to tie the five heavy logs tightly together, then wrapped the ends of the logs completely with the clothes we brought, and secured them with elastic rope to the hooks in the back of the truck to ensure that the logs would not slip while we were driving. When we gave him tips, he refused and told us that he can’t take it and it’s his job. We really appreciate his excellent service! This is our first time to shop at Lowe’s after moving to Washington state. We always go to another company which we have been experiencing poor customer service. From now on, we will go to Lowe’s when we need to buy construction supplies and materials!

Store is understaffed and in store pick up is a waste of time. If you have to go here just know you should never ever do curbside or in store pick up unless you want to wait longer than it would have to just shop yourself.

I recently had a terrible experience with Lowe's. I purchased a heavy-duty toolbox, and despite the box being torn, an employee assured me it had been inspected and was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened it, I discovered a large dent on the side, which made the drawer stick and difficult to open and close.
I first went to a different Lowe's store closer to my home to try and resolve the issue, but they refused to help. They told me I had to return it to the exact location where I picked up the online order, which makes no sense for a large retail chain. All stores should be able to handle returns and exchanges.
When I finally got back to the correct store, they refused to pick up the damaged toolbox or exchange it for a new one. They claimed it was too heavy for them to handle and told me it was my problem to figure out. I can't lift this heavy box by myself, so I'm stuck with a broken, unusable product.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed a shocking lack of accountability. I will never shop at Lowe's again and will make sure to share my experience with everyone I know.

After everything they did to me and they still find a way to keep some of my money and claim it's for the delivering fee. Lowe's customer service people are horrible people, the face that set up the contract with you and take your money is not the same face that's going to complete the contract/job Like I said horrible people and i have to fight with them for like 3 weeks straight before the gave me part of my refund. I bet you they kept it becauseof this review here. If everything went well i was going to delete it, since they kept part of my money, i came back and uploadedit. Lowes NOT A GOOD company to work with when it comes down to do a house project. I am in disbelief of how the Kent Des Moines Lowe's midway messep up my kitchen project so badly, i have to canceled the whole thing. They were supposed to come and do my kitchen floor. I paid everything in cash, and they told me everything was good to go. They came and delivered some stuff here and there, and they forgot this or that. This is wrong, or too big, too wide, too short, or not the right one, and they came to pick up the wrong items and supposed to bring the right items and never do, was calling these people and those people back and forth for about two weeks. No one could fix the problem. I got so sick of everything, and that one lady said they would refund the labor cost, and I said , i need all my money back because what i m going to do with of the products. She said they canceled the work, and then boom the installation people showed up in the morning, and half of the supplies were not here. Anyways I am telling you it was a very messy mess, and I went to hell with those people, and I still haven't gotten my money back yet. I m not happy and I will make sure I don't use Lowes in anything I have to do in my house, I m going talk to my family too. I had enough
