Worst customer service , I should be surprised after I saw all the other bad customer service reviews but we went in there needed help no one was around we even split up (a group of 3) to find someone that worked there , nothing. I called the store to see if they could page or radio someone to aisle 36, she said yes , like 10 mins later, a male and female employee walk by so deep in the conversation they don’t hear or see us , check camera were trying to get their attention and nothing, as we’re leaving there’s huddles of workers upfront just talking no wonder there’s no one on the floor, we left to go somewhere else

This Lowe’s treated me terribly. I brought my air filters back with a receipt to return as I had got the wrong ones. I paid for it with a prepaid debit card and disposed of the card and despite being told over the phone prior to coming in that they would be able to give me back the cash or put it on a gift card they said it would go back to the account and when I told them I didn’t want to return them anymore cause I don’t have that card anymore and would figure something else out she continues to do the return after I told her not to and then wants to act dumb like “oops sorry it’s too pate now”. I spend a lot of money at Lowe’s and my work spends a lot of money at lowes and have never been met with the sheer stupidity of this employee. #gettrained

Thanks again to the great team at Lowe's Kennewick! When I bought some new garage storage solutions, they gave me FREE assembly and delivery! Now my new garage has a couple of slick storage cabinets and a hanger strip to get my snow shovel and broom and stuff out of the way.
