And their protection plan is a joke I paid for a five-year protection plan for a washer and dryer that I paid $2100 for it broke over 4 to 5 times only after a year and a half of use for them to give me a gift card of $787. I can’t even replace the washer with what they gave me. It’s not like I bought the washer and dryer from Goodwill if I did it probably would have lasted longer honestly! Then they only give you store credit so you’re stuck with them even though I paid for my debit card to have to turn around and spend Over another $2000 for a washer and dryer that still hasn’t been delivered Called and spoke to manager, Chris and all he could tell me is Maybe Monday we can have one for you when I’ve been waiting since 830 this morning with a confirmation text saying that they were gonna be here Today so I missed out on another day of work for nothing and horrible customer service. And still no delivery.

The product failed city code ( three steps with contractors but no one catches for the city code!) and Lowe’s has since reordered FOUR times, each time with mistakes or damage and contractors usually don’t come on time so rescheduled couple times.. it’s almost one year but it still isn’t fixed. When I asked to cancel, they said I’d have to pay a 20% restocking fee even though every error was theirs. They also refused to discuss compensation unless I let them finish installation first. I paid two rooms master and one bedroom too much for the service. Poor quality control, and no ownership of mistakes. I would not recommend using Lowe’s Kennewick, WA for custom orders or installation services..
- TMTodd MyersJan 30, 20261.0I called the east Kennewick homedepot rental center and asked if they had a cellulose insulation blower that we could use today. They said yes, come pick it up. I drive from west Pasco, only to be told that it’s reserved for 3:00. No problem, I need it for 3 hours and I’ll have it back. Nope, the reservation won’t allow that. Do better Home Depot

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
