The first thing out of the Technician’s mouth was, “I’m going to have to charge you $200.00 to fix it.” He spent less than $20 minutes changing two locks and made $800.00. Now, for what would probably take him 5-10 minutes to fix, he charges $200. I do know that the Handyman should pay for the damage, but he’s a friend and the mistake was accidental. Even so, not everybody in the Seattle area is rich, buddy. Some of us are just scraping by! 😞 I went with someone else for the repair and will never use this over priced service again!
