  I chose this storage location because of the positive Google reviews, and I am glad that I did. The two staff members with whom I have worked, Austin and Gordon, have both made everything so easy since we starting using this storage location a few months ago. First, Gordon made the process of renting a unit initially seamless, and also easily set up their moving van rental (which comes free for the first use, a great benefit), when we moved in. It was a super easy process and Gordon was very professional and friendly. Then, later on, I again rented the van, this time to pick up some furniture, and Austin helped out with that and made everything just as easy and seamless. He even stayed later on his shift as I was delayed coming back due to traffic. He went above and beyond and was very friendly. Finally, I had the same positive experience when upgrading our unit to a larger size, which was also effortless. In sum, I am very glad that I chose this location, even though it was not the closest to our home, as the service here has been excellent.

  David at Premier Storage went above and beyond to help me find the right storage unit! The whole interaction was uplifting and pleasant, and he even stayed past his scheduled shift to assist me and accommodate our similar working hours (I very much appreciated this, thank you again!) He also did an amazing job to accommodate social distancing standards and sanitizing, which coming from an essential business employee was very much appreciated. I’m very happy that I chose Premier, but even more happy with the outstanding customer service from their manager David. Thank you again for all your help!

  Dave Race is the hallmark of customer service. He made a stressful situation incredibly easy. His pleasant demeanor made him a joy to work with. I have rented from several storage facilities in and around Issaquah. But this place by far is the cleanest, most well-lit, and very secure. I will tell everyone to rent from this place. Thank you Dave for all your help!!!
